Failed generations

If a video fails to generate or is blocked by moderation, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Credit packs

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that pack. Once credits from a pack have been used, the pack is not refundable.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you keep the credits already granted. You can request a refund within 14 days of the first payment if you have not used any subscription credits. Renewals are not refunded once credits from that period have been used.

Unsatisfying results

AI results vary. If a video came out clearly broken, for example with a distorted face, email us with the video link and we will return the credits.

How to request a refund

Email support@becomethememe.com from the address on your account, or use the refund option in the customer portal of our payment provider. Refunds go back to the original payment method. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the related credits are removed from your balance.
